ABIL Treatments - January 2001
In addition to Eron Investment Corporation (EIC), Capital Productions Inc. (CPI), Eron Financial Services (EFS) and Gateway projects receiving an ABIL treatment for their respective losses, Canada Customs & Revenue Agency (CCRA) has informed us that they are looking at as many as 18 other Eron projects for possible ABIL treatment. As soon as CCRA has made their decisions, we will update the website with a list of qualifying projects' names. This has the potential to return significant tax benefits to the Eron investors.
A new form is being developed by David Craig to assist the lenders in making an ABIL election. As soon as the form is ready, it will be mailed to all the qualified project's investors.
