On October 6, 2000, Brian Slobogian was petitioned into bankruptcy.
As was done in the bankruptcy of Frank Biller, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as Judicial Trustee will, on behalf of all Eron Mortgage Corporation investors, file claims against Brian Slobogian for all Eron-related investments where he gave his personal guarantee.
