Notice of First Meeting of Creditors - November 16, 2000
The Notice of the First Meeting of Creditors in the matter of the Bankruptcy of Brian Slobogian appeared in the Vancouver Sun and Province on November 1, 2000. The meeting will take place on November 16, 2000 at 10:30 am, in the Judge White Theatre at the Robson Square Conference Centre, 800 Robson Street, Vancouver.
In the notice, it makes reference to filing a proof of claim if you are a contingent creditor of Brian Slobogian through a personal guarantee. As in our last website update, we reiterate, that PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. will be filing a claim against Brian Slobogian on behalf of all Eron-related investors wherein Brian Slobogian personally guaranteed an Eron investment.
