Lender update

The mailing of May 5, 2003 indicated we would be seeking a Court Order in June 2003 for an interim distribution of funds realized from the Caesar's Landing project.
Due to the fact that there are other distribution issues which must be heard together with the Caesar's Landing distribution application, and that some of these issues will likely be contentious and time consuming, we were not able to obtain a hearing date in front of Justice Tysoe prior to summer break.
Our counsel is currently seeking a hearing date, which will be long enough to accommodate all distribution issues, and expects to obtain one by mid-September.
We will provide a further posting to this website when we have confirmation of the hearing date.
