- Jan 10/00#In court; PWC seeking clarification on various distribution issues
Letter writing campaign-We believe that this campaign has been helpful in maintaining focus on our plight for justice and action is being taken, especially by the RCMP. KEEP WRITING!

**** NEWS/UPDATES ****

1. Project Committees must be resurrected in order to properly review/audit PWC's costs. If the Lenders hope to minimize costs and maximize returns they must become active in this process.

2. Projects scheduled for distribution: Lee Balak, Davie Blake, Castlegar, Discovery Ridge, Gatez Crossing, Goodridge, John Meyer, Ezio Montagliani, Desert Springs, Fairways, Moorewood, & Raven. The project leads will be contacted by PWC to review project folder and costs. Once approved by Leads it will be presented to Tysoe for approval of distribution. If your contribution was made through an RRSP make sure you have an account open so that the distribution can be returned to an RRSP to avoid being taxed as income in the current year.

3. Court date for 570 Dunsmuir hearing is set for Mar 8/00. Decision will affect all projects.
