We hereby provide notice that Price Waterhouse Limited in its capacity as Judicial Trustee of 484171 BC Ltd. and Receiver of Eron Financial Services Ltd. intends to make application to the BC Supreme Court for approval of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale between 151516 Canada Inc. and Gateway Developments (Alberta) Ltd. dated January 30, 1998.
We intend to make the Court application on Tuesday April 28, 1998 at 10:00 AM.
If there are any changes to the Court date and/or time, we will issue another update to this website.
Information relating to this application will be available for review after April 22, 1998 by any interested parties at the Eron offices located at 500, 1380 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC, during normal business hours.
