Taxation Questions

We are not in a position to answer the specific questions relating to
taxation that were raised at the February 7, 1998 General Meeting of
Lenders or other questions regarding the tax consequeces of investors. The
income tax positions of investors depend on a number of factors that make
generalizations regarding tax consequences impossible and potentially
misleading to some investors. Accordingly, each investor should seek
specific professional advice applicable to his or her situation. In
providing this advice, the advisor would consider the position of the
investor, the nature of the investment and the timing of the recognition of
income and possible deductions. These considerations will differ for
investors.
