Project Update
On June 12, 2001, a Court Order was pronounced for the Homer Street project.
Pursuant to this Order, a cheque in the amount of $25,000.00 was to be sent to the lender's solicitors, Hobbs & Leigh, In Trust for distribution to the lenders in this project.
A cheque for $25,000.00 was mailed to Hobbs & Leigh on June 29, 2001. A distribution of funds to the Homer Street project's lenders should follow shortly from Hobbs & Leigh.
A copy of the Order will be posted to the website as soon as it becomes available.
