Interim Distribution - April 2004
On April 20, 2004, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. obtained a Court Order for a release of funds for distribution to the Eron lenders in the following project:
Riva Pointe
Payments will be released in US dollars, and the mailing of cheques will commence the week of April 26, 2004. Total funds distributed will be $1,928,279.95 US.
Upon completion of this distribution, the above project's lenders will have received 70% of their expected recovery from that project.
All calculations used for distribution are subject to change upon further direction from the Court.
