Interim Distribution - April 2006
On April 6, 2006, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. obtained a Court Order for a release of funds for distribution to the Eron lenders in the following projects:
Marlat Resources
Seasons Memorial Park
Payments on Marlat Resources will be released in US dollars, and the mailing of cheques took place on April 10, 2006. Total funds distributed were $209,480.99 US.
Payments on Seasons Memorial Park will be released in CDN dollars, and the mailing of cheques took place on April 13, 2006. Total funds distributed were $557,008.49 CDN.
Upon completion of this distribution, the above projectÕs lenders will have received 70% of their expected recovery from that project.
All calculations used for distribution are subject to change upon further direction from the Court.
