MICHELLE BILLER SETTLEMENT APRIL 2003   Eron Mortgage Corporation "(Eron)" PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., in its capacity as Judicial Trustee for Eron, advises that on January 14, 2003, an Order was made by the British Columbia Supreme Court approving a settlement of the Judicial Trustee's action against Michelle Biller, Jack Biller, Lynne Biller, Trevor Verbeke, Justin Biller, Julien Verbeke and Gwen Verbeke. The settlement does not affect continuing claims against Frank Biller. As a result of the settlement, the Judicial Trustee has received $253,000.00 to date. Terms of the settlement included receipt of affidavits from the parties, swearing that each: PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. will be seeking further direction from the Court as to how best apply these settlement funds for the benefit of all Eron's creditors.
