Return of Capital Re-filing Update - January 2001
In mid November & early December 2000, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. sent the Return of Capital portion of the following projects to Canada Customs & Revenue Agency (CCRA):
Maxim Resorts
Seasons Memorial Park
West Coast Golf Promotions
Southampton Antigua
In January 2001, we are in the midst of mailing Return of Capital forms for investors of Eron Investment Corporation (EIC), Capital Productions Inc. (CPI) and Eron Financial Services (EFS). We will forward the investor responses to CCRA in due course.
CCRA has not released any funds to the investors as of yet, however, we are encouraging them at every opportunity to do so. We continue to send in to CCRA any late forms we receive from the investors.
