Canada Customs & Revenue Agency (CCRA) has informed PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. that to January 6, 2004, 4,846 re-assessments notices have been issued by CCRA. Accordingly, tax refunds have been mailed to the Eron investors who opted to participate in this process.
Generally, if you elected to be re-assessed in the years 1995, 1996 & 1997, CCRA counts this as three re-assessments, however only one refund cheque is produced for the total refund.
